In today’s world of “one day” deals, no-cost e-books, and coupon services, it has become so easy to try before you buy. But many of these services come with miles of red tape, short trial periods, and usually end with a sales pitch for the upgrade. In short, you often get what you pay for.
And then you have an email service provider like Mail Chimp…

MailChimp is the best . . . they should be emulated!
Totally agree, it IS the best. It’s amazing how much they give away for free.
I’ve been using Mail Chimp for the last year. It is a great service and I agree, it’s amazing what is included in their free version. And they keep adding features.
In addition to the ease of sending email, I really like how easy they made it to create a signup page. I pasted the Mail Chimp generated code into my web site. Now people can subscribe to my email mail list and I don’t have to do anything.
Steve – that’s a great point. A lot of folks use Mailchimp for sending email (which is great!) but don’t take advantage of the EZ registration/form capture functionality.
